I currently take payment upfront through Paypal or Cashapp
I won't begin until I receive payment.I offer partial refunds in relation to how much work I have done on the piece, but I DON'T offer refunds for completed pieces.If you want a refund and I have not yet started on your piece, then I will only refund 90% of what you have paid.
---COMMISSION PROCESS / WIPS

I tend to keep clients up to date on their piece, but I still reserve the right to not provide said updates.
So, if you definitely want frequent updates, make sure to let me know before I start!
And if you have anything you feel needs changed while I'm working on your piece, feel free to mention it!
Depending on how far I am and how drastic the change, I may charge extra, so please be aware of that.Changes will not be made after the piece has been finished, unless there is a significant mistake made on my part with the character's design
---REFERENCE & ARTISTIC LIBERTY

I require clear references of your character. It can be any form of reference, not necessarily just reference sheets!
Flat Color references are the most helpful, but any reference will do.
You aren't required to, but feel free to provide as many details as you want! I will use artistic liberty for any unspecified aspects of the piece such as background, pose, or expression, and etc.
I may ask you about small details that were not covered if I feel that you would appreciate it!
---SCHEDULE/ TURN AROUND TIMES (TAT)

I usually have commissions done within a week or two depending on how busy I am and what I have going on in my life.
I am less active on weekends and are less likely to do any commission work on Sundays and Saturdays as well as possibly Friday nights.I shouldn't take any longer than 2 weeks at most unless something such as: Physical and/or mental health or life in general hinders meI accept rush fees! Just ask me first, and I'll let you know if I am able to accept it or not!
If I can, then the price of the fee will be determined by how busy I am and what I have going on.
---POSTING & CREDITS

I reserve the right to use the pieces I create to promote myself. This includes anything you commission me to make.If you use my art anywhere, I would much appreciate being credited as the creator of the piece, preferably via a link to my linktree
---BLACKLIST & DECLINING REQUESTS

If anyone goes against my Terms of Service, makes me feel uncomfortable, is being inhospitable, or any similar behavior, they will be added to my Blacklist.
Those on my Blacklist will be banned from ever doing business with me in the future.
To be clear, this does not mean that I will leave your current piece unfinished, my Blacklist takes effect after the client's current piece is finished.I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
I do not need to explain myself.
